It was the first portable computer because the dead pixel return (s). RMA was quick, painless and free. Unfortunately, the replacement also had the same problem, but not so clear, so we thought it would. After removing all the junk trial, which comes with a new laptop, I am very happy with the purchase and price. The screen is huge, big and bright. Def would buy again, but watch out for dead pixels! This is my second Toshiba laptop for me, and I did nothing wrong. I like the larger screen and full size keyboard is great! Amazon has a great job shipping time and keep up to date on Status.Totally positive experience! Rating: 5 / 5
