    I have never seen such poor customer service, as I have with the Toshiba. I have my lap-top for the repair and not wait 3 months to recover. I called and was put on ice for over an hour each time the market will never be able to provide useful information about the state of the computer. I bought the plan for the protection of the opinion that it would be a good idea, big mistake, I spent too much money and have no computer to show them. I would recommend buying a computer from a company that cares about its customers. Rating: 1 / 5
