    In general, guard against the reliability of HP notebooks. They work well, but half (3 of 6), which I have in the past four years, purchased necessary to replace the motherboard (usually 18 with 36 MOS MOS, so that my extended warranty is not a bad idea). This model is very “buggy” software restoration. You can not just reinstall the operating system and guides you to a new (larger) hard drive using the recovery disk. Can not wait for the technical support of HP in some way be helpful. My suggestion is to wait six months or so for the feedback loop to work within the HP to address these problems. Otherwise, as you grow your picture and music files, it stops with a very expensive door or left bookend. Rating: 3 / 5

    It bought a long time and had to wait until the HP software to create drivers for my 1 year. old HP LaserJet 1022 printer to run in Win7. You finally have a driver, but does not work. I have lost countless hours of aggravating and message boards have disappeared, many printers only identify problems, is a common meme. I still can not be printed, and not everyone could afford to buy another printer. Can you believe HP can not support properly its own printer? There will buy HP products brand again! Rating: 1 / 5

    I take the time to write this review because I have heard many HP computers and laptops, and now I find myself very upset by the customer service there, or missing. PS I have two laptops, dv2xxx and dv6xxx which erased the screen. I had problems with for a while before the problem started with the second, which shows that the screen just happened. Since I had half laptop I guess not spend enough time trying to solve the problem when I got into a little problem, E., had resolved g. Review @ HP. com for updates, reinstall the drivers and everything, but not success. Since I started this problem with the second laptop I have a further investigation. It turns out that HP notebooks are synonymous with the problem and how to monitor carefully the whole problem, is offered only to certain treatment. My second laptop was not on the list of the first free and stable, it was a few months out of warranty so there was no support. In my research I learned that the 1000 is from HP laptop with this problem and this is the reason for withdrawal, although I am not sure why some of the laptops have been left off the list. Although the product was recalled, did not see, if I remember visiting the website of the item and I have never received an email from them about the recall, although I received 100 e-mail from them trying, I sell all kinds of other products derived from them. The laptops I registered with both HP and my camera, printers, ext. DVD / RWD and laptop docking station, but do not help, but absolutely, the common history of thousands of customers! Notebooks have many different sections that can be replaced if something goes bad, it’s all or nothing! So my advice when buying a laptop is to go with the one which best yet with greater security.     We agree with other people to know, but I think this notebook is great! Apart from the battery, but not really for the last 4 or more hours, maybe a little more than 2 hours depending on usage and ongoing programs and projects, and other devices connected to it. No offense to other reviewers, but the question about the touchpad is not really a big thing, this product 3 stars. Can any setting on the configuration of the index for the most vulnerable. I admit that the appearance of the lap-top is not as good compared to laptops, Sony and other brands, but still sees me ELEGANT. But of course, does not see is our main concern on my computer, should be more worried about the performance of the machine. Plus concidering the price is really cheap for the specifications and features. I am so glad that HP sells its products at affordable prices with outstanding performance yet. This is the second my laptop that HP was planning to buy and try a different brand of laptop, but HP continues to offer the best specifications and features at an affordable price, so I bought this machine.
