I was in the market for a compact, low-cost laptop and saw a lot. The Dell Mini 10 appeared to be a good market, but came with cracks across the screen. Dell has sent me a framework for shipping dept to the service, but the screens are pre-order for processing. I paid for a laptop a month ago and still not have one. Upon arrival, works OK to be grateful, because you do not want to deal with the service Dell (I think). . . Rating: 1 / 5

I have learned the hard way something to avoid the label Inspirion. XPS is great, but the Inspiron line is a total waste in every sense espessially the 15 “model, blue screens and crashes every 20 minutes, even if you are not in use because of its low positive material. Netbooks have been completed in Most certainly Trash and I took a long time, the net ACER books are becoming less valid. Rating: 2 / 5

My new Dell Mini 10 was annoying clicking sounds within minutes of the first set and subsequently crashed. He showed me to a computer that said it was probably a hardware problem and the only possible solution was to bring it back for replacement. Oh, that was a month ago, and Dell sent me through a maze of phone calls, wait, ignore, and generally gives me a royal Runaround. And all I want is a functioning computer. If this is typical then Dell or HP or IBM to buy anything but Dell. Rating: 1 / 5

I bought 4 days before it and send it back tomorrow. It’s a good idea, but just do not pan out. The keyboard is a nice size, and this is the best thing I can say. The online “user” is ridiculous. To write a letter you have to buy another program – a clear but not yet used and pillow. Oh, and the Windows program from Dell was about $ 30 more expensive than I could get it on Amazon. I would not be the instructions to upload pictures / music / other documents to the unit. I called tech support and was assured that what I had to do was enter the key word in my house / Student Program to accelerate the device (type). The problem? THERE IS NO PLACE TO DO IT! OK, load the program on a flash drive and load it this way – but without instructions for entering, can not be loaded. Pictures, music – the same problem – no introduction. I called to get an RMA number / shipping label to send back. I was told that I could not go back – the first two people I spoke with refused me a return label and wanted to “diagnose” the problem again. I had already spent over an hour with other people and technology declined to insist on a return label. I was told that there was no likelihood that the plant was destroyed and when he has a problem with me. When I express # on your device to the technical, said they talked to me on three occasions that the number does not exist – although it was clearly labeled on the device I had in my hand. I insisted on talking to someone else. After about two hours on hold before I was transferred to a person who said send me back label and insisted that we stay on the phone until the label came into my Mac. And waited. And waited. Finally, I asked him to send “back” and has not passed. After I tried to have endless calls and were thanked finally ended. Dell – could you not one. Rating: 1 / 5
