I hesitated a bit before buying. I was already a Mac user in the late ’80s and early ’90s, but turned the computer around 1995. I have developed an efficient photography workflow, and had all my tools on the computer. I structure my highest speed to replace. It is not an easy choice. My Mac was a little more expensive than a similar system based on PC. What led me to the camp of Apple was to Windows. My XP laptop is protected by a series of problems with fixed (even with anti-virus, rebuilt 2 times ,…), but my Vista system was a nightmare. Slow and cumbersome. I besorgt.Das system, it was the 13-inch MacBook Pro with 4 GB of RAM and 320GB hard drive (I have 2 TB external for archiving and backup). I bought the 24 “Studio display LED. The combination is wonderful. I make my photos on the way to shoot or edit directly connected to the laptop for a better preview. When I returned to my office / studio, I can not calibrate changes in 24 “screen. Transition from PC to Mac was easy, but several hours needed to understand where / how to find things. I recommend the one-to-one service, if you can get. I did my wife) just moved to the Mac, and was always very helpful, has entered into various projects (websites, blogs, i lives there took me 3 tries to upgrade to Snow Leopard, but the third time the charm and functional system now seems groß.Ich My only regret is not with Apple, but with Adobe. I had the PC version of Photoshop CS3 Abobe. I tried repeatedly to Adobe to see through the transition – not investing luck. on PS is expensive. Rating: 5 / 5
