I have the W580i for 1 year, 2 months and now I have enjoyed over the phone and most of its operations. But during that time I have experienced some quality issues. One of them (the ear-speaker died) was isolated probably my unit. But I also crack my keyboard twice. The keypad cracks appear to be a common problem with this model, only online research for this. I had to send the phone twice for warranty repairs. Well, the left button (select / back) to work. Another search yielded this is also a common mistake, too. My warranty has expired, so Sony Ericsson is not fix this problem.
