    Why would they be? This is crazy! Modern smartphones that use capacitive screens and operating systems (Android, iPhone OS, Maemo) designed for finger input. There is simply no reason for a penny, it will be harder on your phone! Do not buy this to learn how to use your mobile phone. The pen is dead and good riddance. The buttons, selection, and symbols on all Android is quite large and designed for use by your fingers will do the wrong thing, except in very rare cases.
