    The RAZR, and a decent phone, suffers from its association with the ATT Wireless Service.Ich have ATT / Cingular customer for 4 years, and I was quite happy with them, and started a few months ago when ATT increase interest rates for SMS messages several times during a few months. When I asked to speak to customer service, I had essentially the brush and the message that we do what could be a text message, as are prices. When my contract, I will switch to Verizon or T-Mobile.     I work in the mobile phone industry, and yet I was still stupid enough to buy a RAZR V3. Yes, this is a normal looking phone, but it has to offer. It is too late, little memory, crappy performance, unstable, and the menus are very intuitive, and the phone in general is way over-rated. If you want this phone, the V3xx – has a better resolution (240×320 instead of 176×200), is much more stable, and is a much much better phone over all. . . and looks almost identical. Rating: 1 / 5
